Class A CDL Needed - Regional Run - $2,500 Dollar Sign On Bonus
This is a Class A CDL position. Please do not apply for the job if you do not hold a valid Commercial drivers license. I do not have any type of training or schools.
This is a regional run delivering retail customer freight pulling for one of the largest companies in the US. You will be moving freight to and from different DC's/Customers across the eastern half of the US. Regional does NOT includes west coast, Upper Northeast, NYC or Canada runs.
All loads are preplanned a day in advance. You will run a permanently assigned conventional that goes home with you every 12th day ( Home every other weekend ) . The Freightliner trucks are 10 speeds with Peoplenet E-Logs and are less than 1 year old.
The starting pay on the account is .39 - .41 cpm and is determined by your experience. You will run 2500-2800 miles per week. The average is around $1,000 - $1,250 per week pay to start. You are also paid $20 for detention if you are delayed.
The monthly mileage bonus is easy to hit and paid every month, anytime you get over 8,000 miles per month, you're in the bonus. Here is the breakdown for the bonus .remember, the .39 - .41 cpm is always there, you will never drop below that number at anytime. This is just a bonus on top of that paid out every 4th check.
Drivers will get a productivity bonus paid on a 4 week basis. 13 bonus periods per year. Paid at the end of the 4 week period for all miles ran that period. (8,000 = .01 cpm, 8,500 = .02, 9,000 = .03, 10,000 = .05, 11,000
= .06)
2,500.00 Dollar Sign On Bonus.
Sign on Bonus breakdown - Drivers will receive a $2500 transition assistance package: $250 after first completed load, $250 after 30 days, $500 in 90 days & $1500 in 180 days.

or 6 months of experience with no school
Less than 3 tickets in the past 3 years
21 years old
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
