Medical Assistant
Spine Care & Pain Management is currently seeking a Medical Assistant. Applicant must be outgoing and a natural at customer service. This position is part time and works 2 days a week in our Dublin, GA office. This is a set schedule of Monday & Friday and will average 20 hours a week.
Requirements:
o Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and teamwork skills are essential
o High school diploma or equivalent
o Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
o Basic knowledge of billing and insurance terminology
o Basic knowledge of electronic medical records
Duties:
o Provide excellent customer service
o Triage patients
o Asses basic vitals
o Consult with physicians on patients' needs
o Document patient calls and interactions in medical chart
o Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
o Contributes to team effort
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
