Program Analyst (Risk Mangement)

WORK SCHEDULE:
Tour of Duty for this position is Monday-Friday 7:
30AM to 4:
00PM This position is located in the Risk Management Office under Quality Management Service Line.
The incumbent serves in the capacity of a Program Analyst for Risk Management.
He/she will assist the planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating the Risk Management Program to ensure that services are provided promptly and courteously.
He/she participates in the evaluation of risk management process and recommends improvement as appropriate.
Coordinates with eh risk manager in developing background and management options available to deal with complex medical center planning and implementation problems related to the facility's risk management program.
Works closely with service staff members and others to track projects and to ensure suspense deadlines are met.
Maintain a critical role in coordinating internal review systems to assure that both clinical and administrative risk management activities are in compliance with agency and Joint Commission standards and VHA regulatory requirements.
Coordinates in publicizing and promoting risk management successes and activities as requested.
Disseminates risk management program information to medical center staff as appropriate.
Acts as the alternate point of contact for facility risk management issues to include VHA risk management related handbooks and directives.
Serves as liaison on risk management issues to facility Quality Manger, Joint Commission and others.
Manages and enters adverse events in the QM database.
coordinates Just in Time team training for administrative investigative board and peer reviews.
Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
